NCIC has developed the next generation Inmate Telephone System (I.C.E.). The I.C.E. (Inmate Call Engine) allows service providers to manage multiple facilities from one central location, dramatically improving reliability and reducing costs. It can be used to provide high dollar features to small facilities which were previously cost prohibitive, or provide carrier grade reliability to the largest facility.
Our Inmate Phone System solution utilizes coin less pay phones and connects to NCIC's centralized Inmate Platform (I.C.E.) via VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). There's no risk of fraud and guaranteed revenue sharing for all calls.
