Inmate Call Detail Records
Using the AdminManager workstation, you can run reports on all current and archived call detail records. By selecting specific call parameters, you can fine-tune your report to answer your specific questions. Using this report generator and the additional frequently dialed number report generator, you can create reports based on the following, though not limited to, parameters:
- Unauthorized number attempts — calls with a blocked disposition
- Excessively called numbers — calls that meet or exceed the frequently dialed number threshold
- Hot numbers — all calls to a specific number for all PINs, dates, times, etc.
- Activity by telephone — all calls made from a specific circuit
- Activity by inmate — all calls made by a specific PIN
- Activity by number called — all calls to a specific number for all PINs, dates, times, durations, etc.
- Activity by date — all calls in a specific date range
- Calls with 3-way calling detected — all calls flagged as potentially fraudulent events
- Calls terminated due to 3-way detection — all calls with a terminate disposition of "PFE Disconnect"
- Calls with extra digit dialing detected — all calls with DTMF detection flagged
- Calls terminated due to extra digit dialing — all calls with a terminate disposition of "DTMF Disconnect"
- Duration of call — all calls that meet the duration range
- Living unit from which call was placed — all calls placed from the Group (You can group lines by living unit)
- All calls that meet a specific terminate or blocked disposition
- Destination — all calls made for a specific area code and NXX
